Hydel Special Education Centre

The Hydel Special Education Centre is an “oasis” for several students who are learning disabled or autistic. This centre is a “haven” for students who have been diagnosed with retardation of one kind or another and who cannot cope in the traditional learning centres, geared for students who are not plagued by learning challenges and disabilities.
